Thank you so much for being here.

I’m Dani, a Mental Health Counsellor based in Melbourne, offering online sessions Australia-wide. I support adults through neurodivergent-led, trauma-informed counselling. My approach is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and collaborative, creating a space where you can honour your natural rhythms and focus on what matters most to you.

Online Autism & ADHD Counselling

Some of the areas I can support you with:

  • Exploring what it means to be neurodivergent (whether formally diagnosed or self-identified)

  • Anxiety, burnout and emotional regulation

  • Building self-worth and confidence

  • People-pleasing, rejection sensitivity

  • Navigating relationships, work, or social situations

  • Developing supportive accommodations and environmental adjustments

  • Connecting with your identity, unmasking, and self-expression
